• Uploaded Documents: Past winning tender PDFs and new tender PDFs you upload for bid generation. These are stored securely in our database and used solely for generating bids on your behalf.
• Generated Bids: AI-generated bid drafts created from your uploaded documents. These are private to your account.
• Payment Information: Subscription plan details and payment history. We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay.
• Usage Data: Number of bids generated, features used, login timestamps, and last active date.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session data.
• Support Data: Support tickets, messages, and WhatsApp conversations (if you contact us via WhatsApp).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our bid generation services.
• To train our AI on your past winning tenders to generate bids in your style (only for your account).
• To process subscription payments and manage your billing.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• To improve our platform, features, and user experience.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our backend infrastructure (Lovable Cloud / Supabase). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted passwords, and access controls. Your uploaded tender documents and generated bids are stored in secure storage and are accessible only to you and your authorized team members. We do not share your documents or bids with any third party.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Razorpay — for payment processing. Razorpay handles all card and payment data directly. We only store your subscription ID and payment history.
• Supabase — for authentication, database, and secure file storage.
• OpenAI — for AI-powered bid generation. Your documents are processed by OpenAI API.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and uploaded documents within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Payment records retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax laws.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or correct your personal information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your data (generated bids and uploaded documents).
• Withdraw consent for data processing (where applicable).
