Digital delivery only
GarvFlow is an online software service. We do not sell or ship physical products. No courier delivery, shipping address, physical tracking number, shipping fee or customs duty for physical goods applies.
Access to the service
The service is accessed through the GarvFlow website using an authorized account and organization workspace. Signup may require email confirmation. Any purchased plan's activation conditions and delivery timing must be stated before purchase; this policy does not imply that payment processing is already enabled.
Access issues
If you cannot access the service, check your sign-in details, account confirmation and organization permissions. The business owner must provide an official support channel for unresolved access or paid-delivery issues before accepting paid purchases.
Cancellation and refunds
Digital subscription cancellations and eligible billing disputes are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Physical returns and return shipping do not apply.
